本著這樣的宗旨，魯班藝術(shù)集團(tuán)股份有限公司于2013年1月，創(chuàng)辦了魯班慈孝基金會(huì)。魯班慈孝基金會(huì)以傳承中華民族孝道，敬老、愛老，傳授宣揚(yáng)孝道文化為宗旨，致力于與員工一起為父母行孝道，關(guān)心、關(guān)愛父母健康及生活，對(duì)家庭較為困難者給予及時(shí)的幫助。
